Welcome to Sulking Room Studio. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following

Terms & Conditions.

1. Appointments

All appointments must be booked and paid for in advance via our online booking system (Fresha) or by direct contact.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service or cancellation, at our discretion.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged in full.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Fresha or other accepted methods as displayed on our booking system.

A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if sufficient notice is given.

4. Studio Etiquette

Sulking Room Studio is a private one-to-one space. We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone, unless previously agreed.

Please respect the peaceful atmosphere of the studio.

5. Health & Safety

If you are experiencing any nail infections, skin conditions, or illness, please contact us before your appointment. We may advise rescheduling to ensure the health and safety of both client and practitioner.

We reserve the right to refuse service if it may compromise health or hygiene standards.

6. Liability

While we take the utmost care in providing our services, Sulking Room Studio is not liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivity, or damage that may occur after your appointment.

Aftercare advice will be provided, and it is the client’s responsibility to follow it.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website.
