At Sulking Room Studio, we take pride in providing a bespoke, luxury experience and high-quality nail services.

 

Please read our Refund Policy carefully before booking.

 

1. Services

 

As our services are tailored and time-based, we do not offer refunds for completed appointments.

 

If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please let us know during or immediately after your appointment so we can do our best to resolve any concerns.

 

2. Deposits & Cancellations

 

Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future appointment if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment (“no-show”), will result in your deposit being forfeited.

 

3. Retail Products (if applicable)

 

Products purchased at the studio may be eligible for exchange or refund if they are faulty, damaged, or unused in their original packaging.

 

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, with proof of receipt.

 

4. Exceptions

 

Refunds may only be granted at the discretion of Sulking Room Studio in exceptional circumstances.
